MASTER BUILDER GUARANTEE:

Latham Builders LTD provides the Master Build 10 Year Standard Guarantee which assures you that we will do our absolute best to provide you with the highest quality work and finish possible. This guarantee includes (but is not limited to) cover for loss of deposit, non-completion, defects in material and workmanship and structural defects. WARRENTIES

We at Latham Builders LTD recommend suppliers who include warranties with their products. As each supplier and manufacturer offers different warranties, we have put together a ‘client checklist’ to help you pick your items – once chosen, we will be able to confirm the warranty that comes with each product. 

FIXED PRICE OFFER:

When building, one of the most stressful things can be sticking to budget. We want to help off-set this stress by offering a ‘fixed-price’ contract. This means a total figure (with all of the allowances and specifications noted) is included in your contract and the price doesn’t change based on the agreed work.
